As Director of Marketing for HPDM, Hunter rethinks marketing strategy from the ground up, and leads a creative team unmatched in the marketplace today. Under his watch, creativity is paramount and he has directed successful marketing campaigns for more than 75 residential developments in New York City spanning BFC Partners, Toll Brothers', Ekstein Development and Steiner NYC. Frick enjoys cultivating the personality of each property, from boutique developments to some of the city's largest. For each, he puts his intuition to work, matching design and market to consumer expectation.

Originally from Louisville, KY, Frick's Southern charm goes a long way in creating successful relationships between developers, graphic designers, interior designers, and public relations firms. Layered under his homegrown bourbon-and-pony roots is steely execution, from competitive research and buyer analysis to astutely positioned marketing campaigns. Frick continues to raise the bar in his field. He organized the first ever Elle Décor Showhouse in NYC at +Art, which brought over 5,000 people through the property's doors and received national exposure.

A graduate of the George Washington University, Frick launched his marketing career in Washington, DC working with regional and national homebuilders. Frick currently resides in Brooklyn and can be found most mornings under a pile of design magazines.
